- · Moving On: I am at my wit’s end trying to please everyone or accommodate everyone else’s feelings other than my own. So, for those of you who may be feeling the same, here’s a solution. If anyone, friends and/or relatives are making you uncomfortable about well – you. (For any reason -just in general). It is time to sweep them out of the closet or vow to keep them at arm’s length. It may sound easier said than done. Believe it or not, it is. Being happy is your right. And if someone is making you miserable, it is your right to politely escort them out- of the closet door.
- · Negativity: I am guilty of this as well. Start taking a positive approach to life. Like the cliché says, see the glass as half full rather than half empty. It is hard to be positive all of the time. We are only human. Obstacles and road blocks often get in the way. It takes nothing to be polite and smile. Everyone has his or her own thing going on. Try putting yourself in someone else’s shoes. Just remember that- if you are overly positive, it can also be seen as annoying to some. That only means that those who distinguish being positive as a negative are negative individuals. Find a happy medium and don’t get on anyone’s nerves.
- · Your own mistakes: This is your time to start anew. If you have done anything that you regret, forgive yourself and start over. Ask for forgiveness if you have hurt someone. If you have done anything that you can rectify, work on solutions to that problem. If it is something that can be left in the past – leave it there.
Fall is my favorite time of the year, I am one of those individuals who loves cold weather. Get ready for soups, casseroles, and other foods that warm your soul. Get out your fall wreaths for your doors. Put some mums up the stairway of your porch. Prep your dvr for the new fall t.v. season. (I cannot wait – so excited). Additionally, if you like fashion, I have a lot on my Pinterest board that you may enjoy.
I hope that you all have a healthy and happy fall season.
Thank you for reading my posts every week. I am very appreciative.
See you next Sunday,
